Water Diet Weight Loss: (Day 4) Water Fasting For Weight Loss- Lost 2lbs of pure fat in one day. This is my day 4 on a complete water fast. I am fasting with water until I reach my goal weight of 150lbs. I started at 313lbs, and I am now 301lbs. In this video I talk about the reasons why you may see a decrease in weight loss during a water fast. You may not be drinking enough water, you may be very toxic, or you may have exercised.
