watching ripped and big guys in magazinees taking a shake…mostly on roids and HGH to sell powder. i train for 5 years now and saw guys waisting thousands of dollars for supplements. not changing anything at their bodies…Many guys ask me what do i take…i say nothing and they smile like i was lieing…wtf? lol
i do think the whole 1-2g protein per pound for muscle building is a ripoff to sell powder. I never saw my dad eating that much or a bunch of other guys that much protein and their arms are still big. I have taken 2 scoops whey additionally to my diet plan for about 2 months now and gues what has changed? NOTHING!!! not a pound more lift on the bench press, not an half of an inch bigger muscles…simply nothing. ive given up buying that shit and just eating my 4-6 meals diet.bullshit alarm!
yes–u got it right…all that crap is exaggerated. I am growing muscle on only 10% protein as much as when i used to live on 35% protein…no difference..

ok so i go to school. i wake up at 5:30 and get home around 3:00 this is on fridays only.. monday trough thursday, I usually dont get home till around 6 because of football. now my question is if i can eat before and after my work outs. in football we do alot of weight lifting. I also want to gain more muscle and loose some fat. I weigh (250 lbs) I’ve been loosing alot of weight. anyways what should i drink? WEIGH PROTEIN, OR JUST PROTEIN? im not familiar with this stuff. just started..
