Swimming Muscle Building: Muscles used in Swimming Free Style. Muscles used in Swimming Free Style.
I appreciate the film. Fall in love with Youtube because of this sort of material!!!
My step brother used to be bullied. He said he was planning to get bigger. I did not believe him. But then in just a few weeks he packed on 40lbs of pure lean muscle mass. He tried the Muscle Building Bible (Google it). He does not get bullied any longer. :-) I actually signed up a few days ago. See exactly what goes on. Not to mention this guys emails are excellent!
Thanks a bunch for the film. Youtube is great for this form of thing. My step brother was previously bullied. He said he was about to grow muscles. I didn’t believe him. Til out of the blue he added 40lbs of genuine muscle. He used the Muscle Building Bible (Google it). No one dares to intimidate the man anymore.
I signed up the other day. See what the results are. Not to mention the guys emails are fucking excellent!!!
If you are doing it for fitness the one that will get you most in shape is fly
The primary muscles used in freestyle swimming are: All of them.
The primary muscles used in freestyle swimming are:
WROOOONG a good freestyle swimmer kicks up and down and not only down and therefore uses also his lower back extensively. So basically the guy who said “every single major fucking muscle” is right
Well then… Isn’t that just awesome…

Do different styles of swimming work different types of muscles?
I mainly breaststroke so I want to know if I could be better of doing different styles.
@faisal 2401 trying a protein supplement such as abb extreme muscle mass. 2 scoops a day for swimmers who swim hard and you’ll definitely bulk up lean muscle fast. I’m 5’7″ and was 145 when I started, a month later 165 and solid build from top to bottom. 3x a wk swimming 3x a wk boxing alternating.
Yeah like beastwool said, you have to actually SWIM hard. I see people swimming at the Y and they just take their time. Don’t get be wrong, don’t overdue it if you can’t, but push yourself. Remember, this is supposed to be a cardio exercise so work yourself as if you’re doing exercise.
Oh absolutely. The only catch is make sure you swim very hard. Too many people go to the lap pool and go so slow they’re practically floating and then wonder why they don’t lose any weight. If you swim hard you will definately lose belly fat.
I’m getting dizzy
cool beans……..you could have just said all of them. save you some breath.
getting fricken dizzy.
Basically every muscle, that’s why swimming is such a great form of exercise..
Respond to this video… that is in reference at least to freestyle swim stroke
your swimming form is most likely out of sync then. when your stroke is correct your body will be in harmony, therefore you wont feel fatigued, because really most of the power in swimming comes from balancing your core and using the momentum and power of your hips and thighs to propel you forward. the fatigue you feel isnt coming from your thighs its coming from your lower legs. go to to the local Y and hire a swim coach! It will pay off I promise you the money will be worth it.
I use my knob muscle as a rudder
