Wrong, there is no benefit to casein when you have whey. Whey is only useful if you don’t get enough protein in your diet through food. More vitamins and minerals are not better, better is better. There is no need to have 10,000% vitamin A. A standard one a day is perfect. Look at the studies with vitamin c, over consuming it turns it from an anti-oxidant to a pro-oxidant.
