THIS IS GREAT! I Love Taebo but you really only need to do 25-30 min of this to burn 400-500 calories. I’m thinking about doing Taebo Tuesday and Thursdays and Gilads Bodies in Motion –Mon and Wed 30 minute segments. Flex Fun Fridays. Try to mix it up a bit if you feel like your full body isnt getting worked out enough. I’ll be back and tell you my results :D

it really just depends on your personal goals… are you trying to build muscle, lose weight, or both?

when the new year stared i dint make no resolutions,one thing is because i can keep them.but i had enough i have 3 boys and since giving birth to my first son i couldn’t keep the weight off,Now i want to stick to a routine i want to loose weight.today is my 3rd day.I’m loving it,and this time I’m sticking to it. :)
