My meal plan: 2 pieces of salmon with skin coated with coconut & almond flour (less almond more coconut), ginger, cayenne, white pepper, ginger, sea salt, garlic. Cook slowly on electric grill turning often dabbing with water and more coconut flour. 1/3 each of cilantro, spring mix & fresh sauerkraut, fresh ginger!!, thick seed milk 1 tbls gold flax, brown flax, sesame, hemp, 2 tbls chia. Eat bite of fish then salad. Drink FRESH kale juice before/after meal. Whey, coconut oil, cinnimon between.
Use coconut oil for energy. Coconut oil does not need bile and is directly absorbed in the small intestine. My pre/during/post workout shake is: 4 scoops of whey, 2 tablespoons virgin coconut oil, 1 tablespoon cinnamon, 1 teaspon d-ribose, glutamine, creatine. Just don’t add any fruit or other sugar. I use chia, flax, hemp and sesame seed milk on my post workout meal. I am going to post my entire paleo pescatarian meal plan here.

WHAT KIND OF FATS DO I EAT ON KETO??? Some people say natural fats (olive oil, nuts, avocadoes, etc..) Then others say any fats are fine (like cheese, animal fat, etc..)

Damn, you are probably on the worst keto diet ever, you want natural fats, not saturated like you have (the cheese and mayonnaise).Also mircowaving breaksdown the molecules before your body gets to, which lowers your metabolic rate. And just a tip: it is better to have 1 carb load day a week to soak your muscles with carbs, then get back on it… because as you will see you will lose weight slower if you go 3 weeks without carb loading
Dude, good job on eating healthy, I don’t wanna ruin your plan. But I wouldn’t call this a keto diet. On a strict keto diet, you don’t eat any carbs (eventually), only organic animal protein and fats. And that’s the best. The less restrictive is the low-carb keto diet, where you can have some vegetables, like spinach is ok but organic animal fats should still dominate. Lard, butter (if you tolerate dairy) etc…
That pound is water but that’s not what happens on a keto diet. I’ve lost 80 pounds over the course of a few months, was all that water also? (I’ve been on it for 2 years)
