I hardly feels the pain of hiatal hernia, GERD and esophagitis now after undergoing a medication using natural method for more than 4 months. From 98lbs now 115lbs. I was prohibited to eat foods with strong flavors. Certain vegetables i thought good for my severe constipation later on i acquired due to years of medication. No cold foods, beverages and seafoods. I never forget my Physician’s expression when he admitted to me he already advised all the things he knows yet nothing worked.
As of 92 days ago, I also stopped eating chocolate, stopped drinking coffee, alcohol and sparkling water began taking natural papaya enzyme with meals and chewable calcium after meals. The calcium helps the LES valve to close. I also take organic apple cider vinegar in water every day. I did the self adjustment technique and that was good and it helped. I also do deep breaths each day and try not to hold onto stress
I have never eaten junk food, only eat fresh vegetables etc,no fatty foods etc,yet I suffer from acid reflux ?
